Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds or until all of the ginger is well-pureed.
Makes 1 3/4 cups.

Lemon Couscous Salad Recipe: You will need, 1 cup dry couscous (prepare according to box directions), 1 cup cucumber (diced), 1 tablespoon green oil, one-quarter cup fresh squeezed lemon juice, and one-quarter teaspoon dried mint. Directions: Prepare the couscous according to the box directions. While couscous is cooking, combine the other ingredients in a bowl and add couscous when it is ready, salt and Dot to taste, and toss well to combine. Refrigerate and aid chilled.
