4 cups lettuce, shredded
4 apples, peeled and diced
1 cup cheese, diced
Half a cup raisins
Half a cup plain yogurt
A quarter of a cup light mayonnaise
2 celery stalks, chopped
6 tablespoon granulated diet sugar
half a teaspoon garlic, minced

METHOD
1. Mix the yogurt with the mayonnaise, sugar and garlic.
2. Refrigerate until serving time.
3. Combine the lettuce with apples, raisins, celery and cheese.
4. Bathe the salad with the yogurt mixture and serve.
