INGREDIENTS
500g extra-ripe tomatoes
A quarter of a cup of finely chopped onions
2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
Half a teaspoon of garam masala
1 teaspoon ground kali mirch (black pepper)
Half a teaspoon of red chilli flakes
A quarter of a cup of finely chopped onions
2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce

METHOD
1. Purée tomatoes; add to a saucepan with onions, Worcestershire sauce, garam masala, salt, kali mirch and chilli flakes.
2. Bring to a boil, simmer for five minutes.
3. Remove from heat and cool before using
