Baked Chicken Parmesan

INGREDIENTS
2 broiler fryers
2 and a quarter cups of bread crumbs
Two-third cup of Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons of parsley
1 teaspoon of salt
Three-fourth cup of butter
1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard
Half a teaspoon of Worcestershire cheese
1 small garlic clove

METHOD
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit).
2. Rinse chicken and pat dry.
3. Combine crumbs, cheese, parsley and salt.
4. In saucepan, melt butter. Beat in mustard, Worcestershire cheese and garlic.
5. Dip chicken in butter, and then roll in crumbs. Pat in shallow pan.
6. Bake 1 hour or until golden.
