Vegetarian Burger Patties (The 'Uncow' Burger)

INGREDIENTS
1 cup canned butter beans
Three quarters of a cup of bulgur wheat, cooked
Three quarters of a cup of barley, cooked
Half a cup of quick oatmeal, uncooked
1,5 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
1 teaspoon of dried basil
Half a cup of onions, finely chopped
1 clove of garlic, finely minced
1 stalk of celery, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD
1. With a fork or potato masher, mash beans just slightly. They should be chunky, not pureed.
2. Add the rest of the ingredients and form 6 patties.
3. Spray skillet with oil and brown patties on both sides.
