American Chop Suey
Serves 4 | Prep 20 mins

INGREDIENTS
NOODLES
2 packs (200g) Maggi 2-Minute Noodles (masala flavour)
Oil 

SAUCE
Three quarters of a cup of Maggi Tomato Ketchup
3 Cups of carrotbeanscabbagecapsicum and spring onions, shredded
1 tablespoon of oil
2 medium tomatoes, pureed
One and a half of a cups (225ml) of water
2 tablespoons of cornflour
Half a tablespoon of ajinomoto
1 teaspoon of soya sauce
Salt

GARNISH
1 fried egg
METHOD
1. Cook Maggi Noodles in excess water without the tastemaker for 1 minute. Drain and keep aside to cool.
2. Deep-fry noodles in hot oil until crisp and golden brown.
3. Saute the vegetables in oil for 4 to 5 minutes on a high heat.
4. In a pan, mix Maggi Tomato Ketchuptomato puree, water, cornflourajinomotosoya sauce and the noodle tastemakers. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook for 1 minute.
5. Remove from the fire and mix in the sauteed vegetables.
6. Arrange the crisp noodles on a flat dish and pour the vegetables with sauce over them evenly.
7. Garnish with the fried egg
